1. Who you are agreeing with

These products are run by Garaoui LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Garaoui LLC, and "you" means the person using our products.

2. Using our products

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You agree not to break the law with our products, not to try to break into our systems or other people's accounts, not to copy or resell our software, and not to use automated tools to scrape our services.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. If we do, and you had paid for time you have not used, we will refund that part.

3. Your account

Some products need an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@garaoui.com if you think someone else has access. You can close your account at any time.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Cuchara costs $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year. New users get 3 free recipe imports to try the app before subscribing, and subscribers can import up to 100 recipes per month. HerEverything is free and has nothing to buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google take the payment, and you cancel through your App Store or Google Play account. Where we bill you directly, you cancel from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel if you do not want to continue. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

Recipes you import, notes you write and anything else you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display that content so the app can work for you, and to show it to other users where you have chosen to share it publicly. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies already shared publicly.

Only post content you have the right to post, and nothing illegal, hateful or abusive. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

6. Content from other websites

Cuchara reads cooking videos and links that you give it. Those posts belong to the people who made them, not to us. We show a link back to the original wherever we can. If you are a creator and want your content removed from our service, email contact@garaoui.com and we will take it down.

7. Our software stays ours

The apps, the websites, our names and our logos belong to Garaoui LLC. You may use them as a customer, but you may not copy, sell or rebrand them.

8. Important limits

Our tools give estimates, not professional advice. HerEverything's calculators are guides for general information. They are not medical advice and cannot replace a doctor or midwife. Always ask a health professional about your own health or your baby's health, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Recipes produced by Cuchara are generated automatically from someone else's video or post, and may contain mistakes. Check ingredients yourself, especially if you have an allergy. Nutrition figures are estimates.

9. What we do not promise

We work to keep our products running and accurate, but we provide them "as is". We do not promise they will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering a product. If we close a paid product down, we will give notice and refund any time you have paid for but not used.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Carrying on using our products after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not take away rights your local law gives you.
