1. Who we are

Garaoui LLC is the company behind these products, and is responsible for the personal data described here. Our address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at contact@garaoui.com about anything on this page.

2. HerEverything (hereverything.app)

Every calculator on HerEverything runs inside your own browser. The dates and numbers you type are never sent to us, because there is no server doing the maths. If you save a due date, it is stored on your own device and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It uses no cookies, does not follow you between websites, and does not build a profile of you. It tells us how many people opened a page, nothing more. There is no advertising on the site and no sign-up.

3. Cuchara

Cuchara needs an account, so it holds more. What we collect, and why:

• Your account details — the email address you sign up with, or the basic profile from Apple or Google if you use those to sign in. This is how we recognise you and restore your recipes on a new phone.
• The links you import and the recipes we make from them — so your cookbook is there when you come back. If someone else has already imported the same video, we may serve the recipe we already made, which saves time and cost. Your name is not attached to it.
• Your settings — your chosen language and similar preferences, so the app opens the way you left it.
• Subscription status — whether your subscription is active, so the app knows what to unlock.
• Anything you post publicly — comments and votes, if you use the social features. Treat those as visible to other users.

We do not collect your contacts, your location, or the other content on your phone.

4. Companies that handle data for us

We use a small number of outside services to run the apps. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

• Google Firebase — stores accounts and recipe data, and handles sign-in.
• Google Gemini — reads an imported video or link and returns the recipe text.
• Cloudflare — serves our websites and counts visits.
• Apple and Google — take payment for subscriptions bought inside the apps. We never see your card number.

Our company is in the United States, so your information is processed there and in other countries where these services operate.

5. Payments

When you subscribe inside the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google take the payment and tell us only whether the subscription is active. Where we bill you directly, our payment processor handles the card details. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.

6. How long we keep things

We keep your account and recipes for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except anything we must keep for tax or legal records. Recipes already shared into the public pool stay, with no link to you.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and close your account. If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area, California or another place with similar laws, you may also object to certain uses or ask us to limit them. Email contact@garaoui.com and we will reply within 30 days. We will never charge you for asking, or treat you worse for it.

8. Children

Our apps are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
